How To Weight Loss Without Starving

There are several very simple reasons which keep people from weight loss. Let's face it, being overweight comes from eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories, and also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

Here are a few Weight Loss Facts:

** Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK, no matter what they say.

For more than 15 years, people have been eating the popular low fat foods, but our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should be enough proof for you that eating a pure low fat diet is not the answer to weight lose.

** Proof Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.

Low Calorie Dieting Plans won't help you in weight loss either. In fact, this is one of the worst diets for your body, all you will do is slow down your bodies fat buning ability and eliminate your chance of losing weight (on these diets you lose a few pounds of weight the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt). After all, you can never get slim by starving yourself.

** Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK either.

Over the last couple of years, low carb diets have very become popular. The problem with low carb diets is that, for average people, they are too hard to follow and are very strict. Low carb diets rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and if maintained for long periods of time can cause ketosis.

** What about those other plans like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig?

These weight loss programs take a longer time, slower processes and they generally promise a weight loss of 2-3 pounds a week. Also, you may have to purchase special meals and/or dietary suppliments in the start of these diet plans. We prefer a dieting plan with a focus on faster weight loss.

Take the FIRST STEP IN WEIGHT LOSS for a happier, healthier you.

  1. Although, the diets mentioned above don't work in the long run, they sure help kickstart the weight loss journey. And I don't think there is any magical diet that will do the trick. It always has to be a combination of sensible eating habits with regular exercise.
